Showman Productions does not accept, review, or return unsolicited scripts, treatments, ideas, concepts, or other creative material. Please do not submit them. If you nonetheless send us any such material, you agree that: (a) it is not submitted in confidence; (b) no confidential or fiduciary relationship is created; and (c) we are under no obligation of any kind with respect to it, and are free to use ideas of a similar nature that we develop independently.
4. Fan Wall & user content
If you submit an image, video, or other content through the Fan Wall, you confirm that you own or have the rights to it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material. By submitting, you grant Showman Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share that content on this site and its associated channels, with attribution to your provided name or handle. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
5. Third-party content & links
The site embeds and links to third-party services (including IMDb, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
6. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
